Seven Steeves and Rada Valkova bought the existing business at 1 Bayview Landing in Camden, Maine in 2013.
Fresh & Co has evolved through the years to become a globally inspired eatery featuring dishes from around the world, prepared with fresh local ingredients.
Steven Steeves passed away unexpectedly in 2020.
Since then, Ryan Townsend and Kyle Ruger have been working side by side in the kitchen to ensure the legacy lives on.
In 2023, we all became partners and even better, we purchased another location for a restaurant but more about that later!
We are often asked: How do you come up with the menu?
Our menu is the result of our roots, travel inspirations and local traditions!
We are very happy to share it all with you!

We are committed to fostering relationships with local farmers and to cooking with the freshest produce and products available locally. Here are a few of our current vendors:
